RESPONSIBILITY OF SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, and returned to us, will still be obligated to pay the original shipping and handling fee. Please note, once an order has left our location, shipping and handling is a non-refundable fee. All shipments are made on the following basis.

All deliveries are made to kerbside (or dock) of delivery Address in the metropolitan area of your capital city, only. The purchaser acknowledges that it is their responsibility to provide labour and equipment to unload and position the goods on site at the purchasers expense. For deliveries outside the metropolitan areas listed, all transport is at the purchasers expense and must be organised by the purchaser. Transport costs for some suppliers is free.

Transport costs, where applicable, are included in the order form. Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required by the purchaser, it must be arranged by the purchaser either direct with the carrier or their insurance agent. Purchase price does not include unpacking, placement or positioning of equipment or connection to services or removal of rubbish and packing crates.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or New Zealand Public Holidays will be shipped on the following business day. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by phone or email regarding your order.

BACK ORDERS
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain models. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information Some items are manufactured to order and will have at times and extended lead time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Before returning any products, you must email us at info@Pawfect Pets Ltd for a return authorization number. We will issue you a valid Returns # which must be on the shipping label or your package will be refused. Shipping returns are at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages being returned. Pawfect Pets Ltd Return Policy 25% Restocking Fee (shipping/handling is non-refundable)
After 30 Days = No returns accepted

Custom Orders are unable to be returned or cancelled once ordered All equipment returned must be in new condition (as we sent it) and complete with all original packaging. Pawfect Pets Ltd will inspect all equipment returned. Upon approved inspection, full credit less shipping and restocking charges will be issued back to you . Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a extra 10% re-stocking fee (on top of the 25%) at our discretion.

WARRANTY
